“Bougie is not an overstatement.” Katie S., Vrbo guest
Bougie Bungalow is a design-forward vacation rental in Keller, Texas, created for travelers who value atmosphere, creativity, comfort, and time well spent together.
Part of the Modern Nomads collection, the home reflects the Winton & Waits aesthetic created by co-founder Jenna LeBlanc, with globally inspired interiors, collected art, bold details, and thoughtfully designed living spaces that feel distinctive without feeling formal.
Outside, the one-acre property becomes its own private backyard resort, with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor movie screen, covered patio, grill, and multiple gathering areas designed for long afternoons, relaxed evenings, and easy connection.
Bougie Bungalow is especially well suited for guests who want more personality and privacy than a traditional hotel, while staying close to Southlake, Grapevine, Roanoke, Fort Worth, and DFW Airport.

Bougie Bungalow reflects Modern Nomads’ approach to hospitality: creating memorable stays where design, comfort, setting, and shared experiences all matter.
Some places play it safe. Bougie Bungalow was never interested in that. Set on a private, tree-filled acre in Keller near Southlake, Grapevine, and Fort Worth, this design-forward retreat feels part backyard resort, part creative escape. Living & Design
Bougie Bungalow is globally collected, boldly colorful, and layered with the kind of personality that makes guests stop mid-step and reach for their phones before they have even set down their bags.
The teal chevron accent wall anchors the main living space and sets the tone for the rest of the home. Beneath it, a wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and character. A tufted leather sofa, layered with bold global pillows, invites you to settle in and stay awhile.
The open living space flows naturally into the dining room, where eight guests can gather beneath a Sputnik chandelier around a round table framed by teal velvet chairs. It is stylish, yes, but it is also built for conversation, long dinners, and the kind of evenings that become part of the trip.
And then there is the moss wall.
The moss wall is not a design detail. It is a declaration. Lush, tactile, and intentionally dramatic, it anchors the twin bedroom with the kind of unexpected visual impact that makes guests stop mid-stride. The neon “Be Bold” sign glowing against it is not just decoration. It captures the personality of the entire property in two words.
The “Kindness Matters” dining room, the bold black-and-white floral wallpaper in the bathroom, the flagstone patio with its botanical murals. Every space at Bougie Bungalow carries the same conviction: a vacation rental should have a point of view. Here, that point of view is colorful, collected, playful, and intentionally unforgettable.
Bougie Bungalow sleeps up to 12 guests across three distinctive bedrooms and a private detached casita- each space carrying the same design intentionality as the rest of the property.
The backyard at Bougie Bungalow is not an afterthought. It is, arguably, the whole point.
A private, tree-filled acre unfolds beyond the back door, centered around a freeform pool with a rock waterfall and tanning deck. Mature oaks give the property the kind of natural character that takes decades to grow, while stone paths connect the pool, patio, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor gathering spaces.
And after dark, Bougie becomes a different place. As daylight fades, the pool lights and overhead string lights come on automatically, illuminating the water and gathering spaces beneath the trees. The hot tub glows nearby, while the fire pit and Adirondack seating give everyone a place to settle in under the Texas sky. The covered patio keeps the evening going, and the permanent outdoor movie screen turns the backyard into a private open-air cinema.
The flagstone patio, botanical wall murals, palms, landscape lighting, and layers of nighttime light create a transition between indoors and out that feels intentional rather than incidental. Each area leads naturally into the next, making the acre feel designed for gathering rather than simply large.
Bougie Bungalow was created around one idea: the best part of the stay should not end when you walk outside. Here, the backyard becomes part of the experience, especially after dark.
Bougie Bungalow pairs a private, tree-filled one-acre setting with convenient access to Southlake, Grapevine, Roanoke, Fort Worth and some of the biggest attractions in DFW.
