The Blanc is designed around a simple philosophy: every object in the home should have a reason to be there.
Its interiors are rooted in Round Top, Texas, where antiques, one-of-a-kind finds, and collected pieces bring history and personality into the home. These are not decorative afterthoughts. They are part of the story.
The hand-carved statement wall in the dining area creates an immediate focal point, while the living wall adds organic texture to the home’s expansive open spaces.
And then there is the bedroom with the carousel horse.
A fully restored carousel horse, mounted floor to ceiling, anchors one of The Blanc’s most extraordinary sleeping spaces. It is not a prop. It is not a novelty. It is a fully realized design moment, the kind guests photograph before they’ve set down their bags and describe to friends for weeks after checkout. At The Blanc, this is what intention looks like.
Two spacious living areas give a group of 20 genuine room to spread out without feeling crowded. The den, with its wall art, lamps, and buffet chairs, creates a secondary gathering space that feels distinct from the main living area, ideal for larger groups who want to stay connected without everyone occupying the same room. A quiet window nook overlooking the water often becomes one of the most appreciated spots in the house.
The kitchen carries the same thoughtful approach: bright, modern, and fully equipped with a range oven, floating shelves, open cabinetry, and a dedicated coffee bar that makes slow mornings part of the stay. A separate dining area, breakfast nook, and signature bath products round out an experience that feels closer to a boutique hotel than a typical vacation rental.
Six bedrooms across a single-level layout, each carrying the Round Top design DNA of the rest of the property and each offering something distinct. Everyone gets a room that feels considered, not leftover.
The Vintage Primary Room features a luxurious king bed, a quiet reading nook, multiple dressers, and two closets for generous storage. The en suite bathroom includes a private toilet room, dual sinks, a soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower with a glass door.

The outdoor experience at The Blanc is one of the property’s defining features.
The backyard is designed to keep groups outside from morning through night. The private hot tub overlooks the lake, with a front-row seat to Granbury sunsets. Multiple fire pits create natural gathering spaces as evening settles in, while a propane grill, propane flat-top griddle, and cowboy grill positioned on a small peninsula over the water make outdoor cooking part of the experience rather than an afterthought.
Kayaks are staged for easy access to the water. The private boat ramp provides direct lake access for small fishing boats and flat-bottom vessels, while the creek running alongside the property offers a completely different paddling experience beneath a shaded tree canopy. Open water and quiet creek exploration are both available from the same backyard.
